Package to parliament, despite Tamil protests

The chairman of Sri Lanka's Parliamentary Select Committee on
constitutional reform , Prof. G.L Pieris deputy finance minister and
Minister for Constitutional affairs will submit the committee's report to
Parliament on Friday October 24.
